Jan Gansen

Jan Gansen joined FTI-Andersch in 2025 as part of the Business Transformation – Financial Services team. He advises financial institutions on the design and implementation of high-performance organizational models to sustainably enhance growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

He brings over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining FTI-Andersch, he was a Senior Manager at an international consultancy, where he led engagements focused on customer service & sales transformation, digital innovation, and operational excellence. Earlier in his career, he contributed to the digital transformation of a major German universal bank – including involvement in the development of a pioneering AI platform.

Jan Gansen holds both a Bachelor's and a Master’s degree in Business Informatics from the University of Mannheim. He is married.
