Tobias Vogt

Tobias Vogt has advised financial institutions on strategic transformation, organisational restructuring and risk management for more than 10 years.

He supports his clients in developing and implementing strategies, executing complex transformation programs, and optimising risk management processes. He has extensive experience overseeing major remediation programs and works closely with executive boards, supervisory boards and regulatory authorities to develop sustainable solutions to regulatory and operational challenges.

Before joining FTI-Andersch Tobias Vogt spent over ten years at two leading global strategy consultancies, working in banking, risk and regulation. He began his professional career in 2014 at an international audit firm.

He studied industrial engineering at TU Darmstadt, including a year abroad at KTH Stockholm. He graduated in 2014 as top of his year with honours.
