Andreas P. Stöcklin, based in Munich, has more than 25 years of experience advising on cross-border M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle. He provides independent advice to publicly listed corporations and leading private equity firms, with particular expertise in M&A advisory. He focuses on carve-outs and non-core divestments in the telecoms, media and technology (“TMT”) and business services sectors.

As a senior transactions advisor with extensive board-level experience, he has built a strong track record in complex, multijurisdictional and transformative corporate transactions. He also earned a reputation as a trusted sell-side advisor to privately held and founder-led businesses. In his role at FTI Consulting, Andreas leads the firm’s Transactions practice across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”), driving the continued expansion of its M&A, independent board advisory, transaction due diligence, carve-out and valuation capabilities throughout the region.

Prior to joining FTI-Andersch, he held several senior leadership positions at Kroll, including member of the Global Financial Advisory Leadership, Head of EMEA Corporate Finance, Co-Chair of the EMEA Management Committee and Country Leader for Germany.

Andreas P. Stöcklin holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK and is a member of the German M&A Association (Bundesverband M&A) and the German Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (Bundesverband Deutscher Kapitalbeteiligungsgesellschaften).
