Karsten Schulze has been a partner at FTI-Andersch since 2012 and is responsible in particular for implementation-oriented projects as well as the support and moderation of financing negotiations. The focus is on internationally active, medium-sized companies, many of which are family-run. He has filled interim management positions in selected projects. His industry focus is on engineering, automotive and renewable energies. He is also intensively involved in the topic of digitalisation.
The Diplom economist has more than 20 years of professional experience. After working for an energy supplier, a major German bank and an investment holding company, he most recently worked for ten years as a manager and director in the restructuring division of a leading global consulting and auditing firm.
His activities there included the development and implementation of restructuring concepts, liquidity management and financing negotiations with investors and other parties. In addition, as a specialist in renewable energies with a focus on wind energy, he played a decisive role in the development of this business field, led restructurings and strategic projects in this area and successfully supported buyers and sellers in transactions.
Karsten Schulze is married and has two children.
