Maximilian Conradi

Maximilian Conradi joined FTI-Andersch in April 2026. He focuses on technology due diligence and technological value creation in M&A transactions – both during the investment phase and in the optimization of portfolio companies.

His expertise is based on over ten years in M&A transactions in Europe and Oceania. Prior to his work at FTI-Andersch he was a Senior Manager at an international consulting firm. He has worked in pre- and post-deal scenarios for both buy- and sell-side clients and has supported various IT and technology projects. He has delivered projects for a wide array of clients and industries including aerospace & defense, automotive, chemicals, healthcare, life science, logistics, private equity, and retail.

Maximilian Conradi holds a degree in Management & Economics from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and Business Administration from Colorado State University – Pueblo.
