Frankfurt am Main, 03.02.2022. The management consultancy FTI-Andersch has appointed three new board members. The board is led by long-time board member Christian Säuberlich as spokesperson. The founders Tammo Andersch and Mirko Liebthal will continue to accompany the company as chairman of the supervisory board and senior advisor.

The board of FTI-Andersch will consist of four members in the future. Long-time senior partners Karsten Schulze, Ralf Winzer and Mike Zöller were appointed as new members of the board. Christian Säuberlich, who has been a member of the board of FTI-Andersch since its founding year in 2012, was appointed spokesman. Mirko Liebthal, founder and previously a member of the board, will continue to closely accompany FTI-Andersch and provide advice in the future.

Tammo Andersch, founder and chairman of the supervisory board, says: "Ten years ago, Mirko Liebthal and I founded the company with the aim of offering the best quality management consultancy for restructuring. From the beginning, it was important for us to act with foresight; this is also the case now, as we have jointly implemented a future-oriented succession plan while ensuring continuity. The new management team will continue our quality standards without restriction and bring in new impulses. In our new roles, Mirko Liebthal and I will continue to actively support the management."

The board members all joined FTI-Andersch in the founding or following year. "We are a well-established team," says Christian Säuberlich. "Karsten Schulze, Ralf Winzer and Mike Zöller have worked intensively on the development of our company over the last ten years. We remain true to our origins and will continue to offer a very high quality of advice in restructuring situations for our clients. At the same time, together with our colleagues from FTI Consulting, we are further expanding the area of business transformation: for companies that want to proactively position themselves for future market changes."

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tammo Andersch and Mirko Liebthal very much for their entrepreneurial achievements and the successful path we have travelled together. I look forward to our continued cooperation," says Christian Säuberlich. "Together we will work to continue the success of FTI-Andersch."
