FTI-Andersch appoints M&A and Transactions Expert Andreas Stöcklin from Kroll

Andreas Stöcklin brings more than 25 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and Independent Board Advisory. At Kroll, he built the German business from the ground up, growing it to more than 100 professionals across three offices. At the European level, he led the expansion of the Corporate Finance practice to more than 500 experts. Most recently, he served as a member of the Global Financial Advisory Leadership Team, Head of EMEA Corporate Finance, Co-Chair of the EMEA Management Committee, and Country Leader for Germany.

As a member of FTI Consulting's EMEA Management Committee, Andreas Stöcklin will lead the development of the firm's advisory capabilities across M&A, Independent Board Advisory, Transaction Due Diligence, Carve-out and Valuation across the region. His sector focus encompasses Industrials, Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), as well as Business Services. Throughout his career, he has advised on transactions for listed corporates, owner-managed businesses and private equity investors. Prior to joining Kroll, he worked at Siemens in M&A and capital markets advisory.

Christopher Weiß was already promoted to Senior Managing Director in January, and likewise operates out of Munich, leading carve-out and transaction-related services at FTI-Andersch.
