Dorothée Fritsch has been a member of the FTI-Andersch team since its foundation in 2012. As Head of Business Development & Strategy, she leads the Markets & Strategy practice in Germany.
She is an expert for market and competitive analyses in the context of restructuring reports, independent business reviews, validation of corporate planning and CDDs. Strategic (re-)orientations in order to secure the sustainable competitiveness of companies are part of her professional focus.
She has extensive industry experience, particularly in the areas of retail, consumer goods, fashion, furniture and automotive.
Before joining FTI-Andersch in 2012, she worked for four years in the management consulting (advisory) division of a leading global accounting firm.
