Dorothée Fritsch has been a member of the FTI-Andersch team since 2012. As Head of Business Development & Strategy, she is in charge of the Markets & Strategy department and is also responsible for the marketing activities of FTI-Andersch.

She is an expert for market and competitive analyses in the context of restructuring reports, independent business reviews and planning plausibility checks.

Analyses for the strategic (re)orientation and securing of the sustainable competitiveness of companies are part of her professional focus.

She has extensive industry experience, particularly in the areas of retail, consumer goods, fashion, furniture and paper/packaging.

She is also intensively involved in the topic of digitalization (Internet of Things/IoT) and carries out assessments of a company's digital maturity (digital readiness). She is co-author of the FTI-Andersch digitalization and blockchain studies.

Before joining FTI-Andersch, she worked for four years in the management consulting (advisory) division of a leading global accounting firm.
